Elevated Hope Homes LLC is a Level II recovery residence across Delaware, dedicated to providing safe, structured, and dignified housing — from structured sober living to independent living support — for individuals committed to recovery.
We serve veterans, returning citizens, and individuals in recovery — meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they rebuild toward independent living and lasting stability.
To provide safe, structured, recovery-focused housing that empowers individuals to achieve lasting sobriety and community reintegration.
A Delaware where every person in recovery has access to dignified, supportive housing as a foundation for a new life.
We welcome all individuals regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or background.
A monitored recovery residence with daily structure, peer accountability, and connections to community services — not a treatment facility.
On-site house management with regular accountability checks, drug testing, and structured expectations for every resident.
Intentionally small homes — big enough for peer community, small enough for individual accountability and genuine connection.
Separate homes for men and women to create a safe, focused, and comfortable recovery environment for all residents.
Curfews, chores, employment requirements, meeting attendance, and house rules — structure that supports long-term sobriety.
Random and scheduled testing maintains a safe, substance-free environment that protects every resident's recovery.
We connect residents to outpatient treatment, employment services, legal aid, peer support, and other community resources.
Important: Elevated Hope Homes is a recovery residence and does not provide clinical treatment, medical care, therapy, or detox services. Residents are encouraged to maintain connections with their treatment providers and outpatient programs.

After leaving the service, I didn't know where to turn. Elevated Hope Homes gave me structure, community, and the stability I needed to get back on my feet. I've been sober for over a year now.
Coming home after incarceration, I needed a place that would give me a real chance. The structure here helped me find a job, reconnect with my family, and rebuild my life step by step.
As a case manager, I've referred several clients here. The staff are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their residents' wellbeing. It's the best sober and independent living option in Delaware.
